Business Analyst

– Job Location: Alain Savary, Tunis.
– Availability: immediate / Asap.

Essential Responsibilities
– Providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
– Provide backlog management, elaboration of the user stories and iteration planning.
– Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
– Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
– Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
– Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
– Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
– Follow our competitors and the industry.
– Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in business, computer science, master’s degree or related field;
– Two years of previous experience as a product owner (minimum), business analyst, or in a related field.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Creative thinker with a vision.
– Attention to details.
– Solid understanding of the product lifecycle.
– In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up to date on industry standards and best practices
– Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel);
– Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with business analysts, UI/UX team, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.
