Sales Responsibilities (Remote Position)

Key Details
– Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM (Tunisian Time) with a one-hour break.
– Compensation: The initial compensation is performance-based and dependent on your ability to source high-quality CVs and secure contracts. While our target is a monthly salary of $1000 USD once results are consistently demonstrated, it’s important to note that achieving this may take some time. Your starting compensation will range from $650 USD to $750 USD, depending on your seniority in the recruiting field (Senior candidates with over 5 years of experience in sales and recruitment will be at the higher end of this range).

Responsibilities
– Source and evaluate potential candidates.
– Conduct interviews and assessments.
– Secure contracts and placements.
– Manage communications, including phone calls and emails, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
– Develop and maintain strong client relationships, emphasizing engagement and customer satisfaction.
– Develop targeted lists of potential clients to expand the company’s portfolio.

Requirements
– Background in HR, psychology, or prior headhunting experience.
– Bilingual proficiency (French and English).
