Assistant Store Manager

Missions
• Developing local and international expansion plans for the company
• Developing key relationships and contacts, dealing with new partners
• Expanding operations into new regions across the globe, opening in new markets
• Responsible for the initial start – up operations and management of the brand in new territories
• Responsible for brand & operation management and process improvement
• Taking an active role in conducting strategic targets for international activities
• Planning and implementing 1-5 year business plans
• Developing and implementing marketing activities to grow company business both locally and internationally
• Developing strategies in order to increase market share and reach competitive price/ performance
• Creating policies and advising pricing methods
• Searching and analyzing new markets and developing business
• Coordinating and negotiating with the mall management on lease agreements for the stores
