Customers Service Support Turkish / English

Your Main Missions:
– Process requests online in accordance with current procedures,
– Detect the needs and propose the appropriate services,
– Fill in the intervention follow-up forms and transmit the information to the relevant departments.

Successful candidates must provide:
– Fluency in Turkish and English (written and oral),
– Excellent computer skills,
– Availability on extended range is necessary (24/7),
– Flexibility and availability.
