Human Resources Operation Executive (Junior) Male

Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate resolution of employee grievances and conduct investigations as necessary.
• Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience

Talent Acquisition and Management
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the region.
• Collaborate with the manager to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
• Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent development, and career pathing.

Agile and Customer-Centric Approach
• Work with a project approach and agile mindset, adapting to changing priorities and delivering HR solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business leaders to understand their needs and provide effective HR solutions.

Administrative tasks
• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
• Manage payroll

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstratable experience as an HR Executive
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in Tunisia
• Good in French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in managing HR projects and initiatives, with a track record of successful delivery.
• Collaborative and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile working mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
