What You Should Have
• Completed study in computer science/engineering or any relevant field
• Good English
• Experience in successfully working with end users and system administrators to fix and resolve configuration issues
• Demonstrated ability to learn new IT and security concepts and technologies – quickly!
• Good experience in IT operation, support, and integration
• SQL development experience
• Ability to understand business workflows and processes
• Ability to understand and analyze incidents and solve problems
• Experience in dealing with technical and non-technical stakeholders from various levels and domains to improve state of access control across
• Critical thinker with the ability to determine root-cause analysis
