Technical Sales Engineer

– Technical sales support with John Bell Pipeline in term of offers, delivery time and payment, technical dossier ARH (Algeria).
– Follow up on Regional Sales Activity.
– Support on Preparing hardcopies offers.
– Full points on offers, PO’s, Invoices.
– Preparing the sales pipeline report monthly.
– Preparing end of year sales activities report including forecast.
– Quality check of all incoming and outgoing documentation between our partner and final client (Tunisia, Algeria, Romania, Malta).
– Direct contact with clients in solving technical and sales clarifications
– Prospecting for new clients
– Managing the company social network and webpages.

IPS:
– Preparing Invoices based on services delivered
– Managing Suppliers (preparing PO’s, selecting best offers) and other support on the IPS operating team and managing office supplies
– Following up on payment and solving issues to ensure that the payment is done.
