Logistics Agent

As a Logistics Agent, you will be the backbone of our supply chain coordination, ensuring that cargo flows smoothly, safely, and efficiently from origin to destination. › Your Missions: Coordinating Seamless Flow
Your mission is to ensure operational excellence across our logistics and transport networks. Your daily responsibilities will include:
End-to-End Coordination: Planning, organizing, and tracking cargo shipments (import/export) via sea, land, or air to ensure on-time delivery.
Carrier & Vendor Management: Coordinating with trucking companies, warehousing partners, and shipping lines to secure equipment, schedule bookings, and optimize transport costs.
Operational Monitoring: Tracking shipments in real-time, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks or transit delays, and coordinating immediate corrective actions.
Customer Support: Serving as a reliable point of contact for clients, providing them with accurate shipment updates, transit times, and logistics solutions.
Data & Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate records of transport documents, updating our internal systems, and verifying invoicing and warehousing logs.
› Candidate Profile
We are looking for a meticulous organizer with a strong sense of urgency and excellent communication skills.
Your Assets:
Background: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (Bac›2 minimum) in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of supply chain workflows, transport documentation (Bill of Lading, CMR, Air Waybill), and Incoterms.
Proficiency in ERP systems, logistics management software, and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask under tight deadlines, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Languages: Professional fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is essential to communicate with our global network of partners, carriers, and clients.
