Help Desk Technicians

As a Help Desk Technician at Altra Call, you will play a key role in the quick and efficient resolution of technical issues encountered by our English-speaking clients.
› Main Responsibilities
› Technical Support
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware
• Management and monitoring of the IT equipment fleet
• Inventory and tracking of hardware and software
• Network administration: LAN, intranet, TCP/IP, IPv4, DHCP, FTP
› Application Support
• Assistance with the installation and commissioning of software, updates, and new equipment
• User support (hotline) during deployment and use of products
• Reporting and documentation of technical incidents
To succeed, you must be highly knowledgeable about the company’s products and have strong expertise with IT tools.
›› Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Help Desk Technician (call center experience is a plus)
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of Windows and professional software
• Strong customer service mindset, clear communication, and ability to work in a team
