Back Office B2B B2C Engineer

Job Summary
As a B2B Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining business-to-business (B2B) relationships, providing technical support, and delivering solutions that meet the specific needs of corporate clients. You will act as a key point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving long-term partnerships. This position requires a strong understanding of B2B technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for B2B customers, understanding their requirements, and providing solutions that meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and contribute to the development of customized B2B solutions.
Design and implement B2B technology solutions, such as network connectivity, cloud services, data security, and collaboration tools.
Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation and deployment of B2B solutions, ensuring successful integration and functionality.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase B2B solutions and their benefits to customers.
Troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with customers to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to B2B solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
Participate in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation for B2B projects.

(Nokia Experience is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Strong knowledge of B2B technology solutions, such as network infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, unified communications, and collaboration tools.
Experience in designing and implementing B2B solutions, with a focus on meeting customer requirements and delivering value-added services.
Proficiency in understanding customer needs, conducting technical assessments, and translating requirements into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find practical solutions.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, operations, and customer support.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices to ensure successful implementation and delivery of B2B solutions.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Prior experience in a B2B engineering or technical consulting role is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA or CCNP, Microsoft Azure certifications, or other industry-related certifications, are a plus.
