Senior Mechatronic Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for a brilliant Senior Mechatronic Engineer to lead the technical development and optimization of products. You will bridge the gap between mechanical design, electronics, and software to create a seamless, high-performance micromobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
System Architecture & Integration
– Design and integrate complex mechatronic systems (motor control, battery management, sensors).
– Manage the integration of electronics into the mechanical frame.
– Oversee the selection and testing of electronic components.
Product Development & Prototyping
– Lead the technical optimization of electric drivetrain systems.
– Develop and test prototypes, ensuring reliability and safety standards.
– Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Embedded Systems & Firmware
– Develop and optimize firmware for vehicle control units (VCU).
– Implement communication protocols (CAN, Bluetooth) for vehicle connectivity.
Technical Leadership
– Mentor junior engineers and interns.
– Manage relationships with technical suppliers and manufacturing partners.
– Maintain technical documentation and BOMs.

Required Qualifications
– Master’s in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
– 2› years of experience in R&D or product development (EV or mobility experience is a huge plus).
– Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and PCB design tools.
– Strong knowledge of motor control, power electronics, and embedded C/C››.
– Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and testing.
