Electrical Engineer (M/F)
As an international engineering firm recognized for our expertise in infrastructure engineering, energy, industry, and building solutions, we are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Tunis.
Your Main Missions:
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in our projects. Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
Design and Studies: Conduct feasibility studies, preliminary, and detailed designs for various electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, low current systems, renewable energy integration, etc.).
Modeling and Simulation: Develop and analyze electrical models using specialized software to ensure system performance, reliability, and safety.
BIM Integration: Actively participate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, using BIM software (e.g., Revit MEP, Navisworks) for electrical system modeling, coordination, clash detection…
Calculations and Sizing: Perform electrical calculations, including load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, and cable sizing, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Technical Specifications: Draft technical specifications, tender documents, and calls for bids for electrical equipment and installations.
Project Monitoring: Participate in the technical monitoring of projects, from the study phase to commissioning, coordinating with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, etc.).
Optimization: Propose innovative and optimized electrical solutions in terms of cost, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
Documentation: Prepare plans, single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, calculation notes, and all necessary technical documentation.
Your Profile:
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac›5 equivalent) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
You have proven experience (minimum 5 to 10 years) in a consulting firm or similar environment, working on Relevant project types, e.g., industrial, commercial, energy, airports, hospital, or infrastructure projects.
You are proficient in electrical design software and CAD tools
Strong expertise in BIM software (Revit MEP is mandatory) for electrical modeling and coordination. Experience with Navisworks or other BIM collaboration tools is a significant plus.
You have a solid knowledge of relevant national and international electrical standards and regulations
Your rigor, analytical mind, and problem-solving skills are your major assets.
Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential in an international environment.
