Your mission:
You will accompany clients through having series of personalised telephone conversations, seeking to understand their needs and providing an experience based on listening, empathy and high-quality communication.

Required profile:
• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Strong listening skills, empathy and an open mind.
• Maturity and experience in relationships and a strong sense of responsibility.
• A genuine interest in human psychology, coaching and personal development.
• The ability to analyse clients’ needs and adapt your communication accordingly.
• Dynamic, reliable, professional and confident on the phone.
• Previous experience in customer service, communication, coaching or a support role is an advantage.

Working arrangements
A mandatory three-month period at our offices in Rue de Syrie, Tunis, is required, with a view to providing your training, integration and ongoing support.
After this period, those who demonstrate strong performance, reliability and independence may be approved to work remotely from home.
Equipment required for remote working will be provided and installed by Suncontact in the team member’s home.
Recruitment process
The first interview will take place by video conference.
Successful candidates will then continue through the recruitment process before joining our offices in Tunis, Rue de Syrie.
