Missions
Coordinate with client administration for demobilization and mobilization of manpower after confirmation of HR Manager Update and track the passport valid dates in the system.
Update and track the desert pass in the system.
Update and track the exit re-entry in the System Prepare the contract of the Employee with the required close and submit it to Payroll Administrator (Finance DPT) Record the employee Data with GETS ID number in the system Record Material Receiving and record in the system Monitor the Validity of the Staff and manpower papers (Passport, Visa, Desert Pass, Exit Reentry) and request to reniew in case of expire Date Inform project leader and construction engineer about the Mob and Demobilization Date Screening of CVs for preliminary selection Prepare the Manifest for manpower travel and Receord the Travel in the System.
Internal communication should be through the HR Administrator & Coordinator.
Coordinate with site Attendance Recorder about any Visa, Passeport, Desert pass and exit re-entry expiry Date Receive notification from Site Attendance Recorder about cash advances or monthly salaries required by the site team.
