Software Developers

Job Purpose: While working with a strong diverse team of integrators and developers, you will be creating industrial software gathering the readily available data, then analyzing the data, we are looking to transform and present information in ways that will increase reliability, efficiency and safety, while minimizing risk and loss.
Create software applications that help industry make better use of available data and present information in a way that helps increase reliability and safety, while decreasing risk and loss.

Java Developer Job Duties:
· Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
· Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, automation systems and information servers.
· Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
· Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
· Support technical consulting and support system integration services during field implementations.
· Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
· Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Aid management in the scoping and estimating of development projects and provide progress reports as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Java, Python, SQL Teamwork, Verbal Communication, Interface Design, Software Development Process, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Multimedia Content Development, Software Debugging, Linux, Windows, Mac, Testing frameworks, Embedded Java.
