Reservation and Sales Agent

Are you dynamic, organized, and passionate about tourism and sales?
Join our team and play a key role in turning leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities :
– Proactively identify and engage new clients
– Respond promptly to inquiries (WhatsApp, email, booking platforms)
– Convert leads into confirmed reservations
– Present our properties, experiences, and services
– Follow up with prospects to close deals
– Maintain and update booking systems & CRM
– Collaborate with internal teams

Profile :
– Excellent communication skills (Arabic, English, and French preferred)
– Strong sales mindset with negotiation abilities
– Experience in tourism or booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com) is a plus
– Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
