• Personnel planning and deployment scheduling in cooperation with the Production Coordinator (vacation, temporary workers, overtime work)
• Ensure Production Plan according to customer demand
• Ensures team versatility in the same line and in others
• Makes certain that factory regulations are observed
• Arranges discussions for the staff of his assembly line on a regular basis
• Plans and carries out job rotation
• Training of staff according to training schedules
• Monitors quality (respect thresholds)
• Responsibility for safety regulations are observed in his section
• Know and follow Quality Policies/Procedures (BOS, QS9000, ISO/TS16949…) related to the function, according to the superior’s directions
• Responsibility of line output, scrap and quality level hourly, BTS
• Responsibility of filing the production records: Quality Indicator/Scrap Declaration/Handover Sheet/ Star up checklist/ …
• Personal implication in TQCM workshops mainly SMED and kaizen.
• Ensure TOP 6S ranking
• Insure to be continuously in AUDIT ready configuration by insuring no WIP , no old quality alerts, no unused equipment on shop floor
• Ensure LPA Audit in Regular Basis
• Ensure SDWT meeting
• Personal involvement in QRQC
• Conflict management within the team Graduation and Job Experience :
• Mechanical/Electrical technical degree or equivalent
