Responsibilities
– Oversee and manage real estate closings from start to finish.
– Review and verify closing documents and financial statements.
– Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies.
– Resolve any issues that arise during the closing process.
– Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Requirements
– Experience in real estate closing or a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and title documentation.
– Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
– Effective communication and customer service abilities.
– Proficiency with real estate software and Microsoft Office.
– Personal Laptop is required
