Business Process Management Analyst

Role Description
As part of a project we are looking for an experienced Business Process ‎Management Analyst
• Your function is to designate, improve, implement and control these different processes ‎at all levels of an organization.‎
• Analyze different Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on specific processes and derive ‎key information
• Prepare & manage different Workshops and interviews to define the needs of the ‎company or clarify a situation
• Develop new processes and / or improve existing processes (IT & Business)‎
• Be a driver of change within the organization
• Collaborate as a team with the various stakeholders of the project. (IT & Business)‎
• Ensure the correct translation of business needs into IT requests & follow their good ‎implementations.‎
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends through training, conferences and ‎certifications.‎

Skills
• Graduate of Computer Science preferably from Operations or Business Administration ‎background.‎
• Extensive Computer literacy and knowledge on Business Domain.‎
• Being comfortable with the Business Intelligence tools (ERP, BPM, CRM, and BT) and key ‎protocols (SOAP, WSDL, and XML).‎
• Attentive to details, flexible and dependable.‎
• Good interpersonal and coaching skills.‎
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.‎
