Role Description
As part of a project we are looking for an experienced Business Process Management Analyst
• Your function is to designate, improve, implement and control these different processes at all levels of an organization.
• Analyze different Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on specific processes and derive key information
• Prepare & manage different Workshops and interviews to define the needs of the company or clarify a situation
• Develop new processes and / or improve existing processes (IT & Business)
• Be a driver of change within the organization
• Collaborate as a team with the various stakeholders of the project. (IT & Business)
• Ensure the correct translation of business needs into IT requests & follow their good implementations.
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends through training, conferences and certifications.
Skills
• Graduate of Computer Science preferably from Operations or Business Administration background.
• Extensive Computer literacy and knowledge on Business Domain.
• Being comfortable with the Business Intelligence tools (ERP, BPM, CRM, and BT) and key protocols (SOAP, WSDL, and XML).
• Attentive to details, flexible and dependable.
• Good interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
