Technical Support Supervisor

SV for its brand Carlcare in Tunisia

Main Responsibilities:
· Daily software management
· Daily branch support（Maintenance cost control: collecting feedback on quality problems, replacing machines, analysing abnormal consumption of precious materials, and improving training）
· L4 support (Network defective material verification supervision, lack of material dismantling）
· Future PCBA maintenance team （Main board maintenance team construction）
· Material management（Material management: maintenance tool management and request management of outlets or L4）
· Bounce analysis and improvement (Monitor repair status based on headquarters weekly and monthly data and drive improvement on abnormal problems)
· Technical support department tool promotion（Headquarters technical department tool promotion, such as downloading, numbering QC tool promotion, all outlets, including third parties）

Basic Requirements:
· University degree or equivalent
· +3/year of relevant experience in the mobile phone industry, main board maintenance or mobile phone renovation is a plus, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
· Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Advanced knowledge on MS Office Programs and other software (IT drive)
· Strong communication and analytical skills with professional attitude and ability to complete tasks on time.
· Young (maximum 35 years of age) and highly motivated to integrate a young and dynamic team.
· Having a good awareness of Client Server, responding quickly to customer reception, providing high-quality services, and being to patiently answer customer questions about mobile phone after-sales;
· Guiding and supervising technicians to ensure that the maintenance speed and quality meet the target requirements.
