IT System Engineer

Responsibilities
– As member of our global IT Service and Support Team in Tunis, you will be responsible for the worldwide operating of our Software Deployment environment using the platform Ivanti Endpoint Manager (Ivanti EPM).

Your main tasks & responsibilities will be:
– – Write scripts to automate software installation, deployment processes and server management tasks (AutoIT and PowerShell).
– Manage Windows and third party updates.
– Work with a team of Systems Administrators from various disciplines to develop technical and administrative processes to implement effective desktop management on a wide scale.
– 2nd level Support for Software Deployment
– 1st level Support for German speaking locations
– Documentation of our processes and systems in this area

Minimum Qualifications
– To succeed in this role, we need someone with the following profile:
– Degree in Information Technology or a related field
– Microsoft Certification preferred
– Work experience with Windows Server Administration
– Work experience with a software deployment system (preferred system: Ivanti EPM or Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
– Windows 10 system knowledge
– Basic knowledge of windows installer technologies (MSI, MSIX, APPX)
– Experience in software packaging is wished
– Good communication skills in English
