Softcatalyst is looking for

DevOps Engineer

Mission:
-Use open-source technologies and tools to accomplish specific use cases encountered within the project.
-Deploy updates and fixes
-Providing Level 2 technical support
-Implementing needed integrations
-Develop scripts to automate deployment and release processes
-Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
-Work closely with engineering professionals within the company to maintain software needed for projects to be completed efficiently
-Ensuring that systems are deployed securely against cyber security threats
-Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
-Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions

Profil:
-Bachelor’s Degree or MS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
-Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
-Working knowledge of databases and SQL
-Good knowledge of Docker, AWS, MS Azure, Ansible, Ubuntu, and Nginx
-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
-Availability and flexibility in the execution of tasks
-Good attention to detail
-Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer
-Fluency in English required (oral and written)
-Experience working together with teams from several departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan
-Be creative, autonomous and able to take initiatives
