Job Summary
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) Environment Consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing D365 FO environments across various business units within the holding group. The role includes overseeing system configurations, deployments, updates, backups, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations. The consultant will work to enhance the performance and security of D365 FO environments, ensuring that each environment runs efficiently and aligns with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage D365 FO Environments: Oversee the creation, configuration, and maintenance of Development (Dev), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production (Prod) environments for D365 FO across various sectors of the group.
System Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of D365 FO environments to ensure systems meet business needs and run efficiently.
Deployments and Updates: Coordinate and manage the rollout of system updates, patches, and upgrades while minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity across all environments.
Backup and Security: Manage regular backups and implement robust security measures for D365 FO environments, ensuring data protection and compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues related to system performance and configuration, ensuring business continuity.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to align D365 FO environments with operational needs and technical requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of environment configurations, updates, and issue resolutions. Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO environments, including Dev, UAT, and Production setups.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and D365 FO lifecycle, cloud infrastructure, and environment management.
Security & Troubleshooting: Experience with IT security management and troubleshooting issues within D365 FO environments.
Microsoft Certification: Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect) are highly preferred.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different sectors and geographic regions.
Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with customizations and integrations within D365 FO.
Proficiency with monitoring tools and performance optimization for cloud-based systems.
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and environment management.
