Plexiglass Template Making Expert – Textile Industry M/F in Madagascar

Job Description
Our client Epsilon is seeking a skilled expert in making plexiglass templates to support the sewing team within the textile factory. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in fabricating plexiglass templates specifically for sewing processes.

Responsibilities
– Design and manufacture custom plexiglass templates to streamline sewing processes and enhance production efficiency.
– Collaborate closely with the sewing teams to understand specific needs and produce templates tailored to various sewing tasks.
– Maintain and repair existing templates to ensure durability and accuracy.
– Propose improvements and adjustments to optimize template usage and enhance the quality of finished products.
– Train personnel on proper plexiglass template usage to ensure correct and safe utilization.

Requirements
– Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in designing and fabricating plexiglass templates for sewing applications.
– Proficiency in plexiglass fabrication techniques and ability to create precise and functional templates.
– In-depth understanding of sewing processes and the ability to design templates suitable for various sewing tasks.
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions to optimize templates.
– Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with sewing production teams.
– Spoken languages: French or English
– Malagasy is a plus Additional Information:
