WE HIRE customer support service
– Experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong problem-solving skills

-Job Description
You work within the Customer Service team and will be responsible for the following missions:
– Opening of investigations for lost packages
– Follow-up of customer orders in collaboration with the purchasing team and the logistics platform.
– Management of exchanges / returns, follow-up of disputes
– Contribute to improvements in the customer’s shopping experience on the site
– Incoming and outgoing calls
– Respond to Facebook comments
– Email management (customer responses)

*Required profile
The ability and the skills for resolving problem
Bac 3 (Bachelor / License) minimum
PERFECTLY SPEAKING English orally and in writing
You have already had experience in customer relations.
