Al Naseem For Food Industries is looking for

Aseptic Machine Operator

Profil:
1. Effectively operate his Tetra filling machine for all milk products Effective cleaning , sterilisation and filling of products without any sterility issues .Co-ordinate the Preventive maintenance and repair of equipment to achieve the plan effectively
2. Effectively monitor and record the required data while operating the filling machine to allow trace back all information in case of an issue.
3. Discuss and finalize plans/targets with team manager. Allocate tasks to line Members, according to their talent and skill and provide adequate resources for achievement.
4. Identify problems in his filling machine and DE before they affect production deadlines and thus improve flexibility in production.
5. Ensure GMP, include hygiene and housekeeping is maintained and improved within his line and that all operations are conducted within the specified quality standards and parameters.
6. Develop an understanding and knowledge of the Automatic Operating System, filling equipment and all relevant task required to be carried out effective filling operation.
7. Liaise with UHT Maintenance / Automation team through maintenance requests with regard to performance of instrumentation calibrations.
8. Reporting any aseptic filling deviation to team manager and ensuring remedial and Corrective action on any process deviation / Suspect hold notes is in place immediately, such that the deviation does not happen again.

Experience:
Ø Experienced in similar position within a dairy or food environment.
Ø Experienced in production or Milk, Juice and beverages.
Ø Experienced With Aseptic Long life filling technology and sterile filling operation concept
Ø Maintain safe working environment and minimizing accidents
Ø Experience in Tetrapak/Combibloc filling machine operation
Ø Experience in Down line filling machine operation and maintenance of Tetra/ Combi fillers
