Join Transcom as a Customer service representative !

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

Work for a leading car rental agency, assisting international customers with their mobility needs (reservations, modifications, assistance);
Provide high-quality assistance (English) by answering calls professionally, warmly, and efficiently;
Manage various situations: from booking reservations and handling contracts to logistical support and problem-solving;
Contribute to the project’s success by suggesting process improvements and sharing knowledge with your team;
Work on a rotational shift schedule.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in English;
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change;
Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support.
