HR Analyst

1. System Reporting & Support
• Translates business requirements into reporting deliverables and ensures that proper documentation is created for repeatability and quality
• Creates reports and dashboards in HR Reporting Tool for delivery to HR stakeholders & other approved department
• Automates, standardizes, schedules and publishes key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights in a controlled environment
• Maintains caseload of high management requests, troubleshooting problems and creating reports as requested while ensuring good quality

2. Data Analysis & Modeling
• Conducts academic and best-practice research, compiles technical and general-audience overviews of findings, and connects conclusions to practical applications for the business
• Forms hypotheses, investigates data, and answers questions; compiles reports and proactively develops and manages next steps based on results
• Contributes to advanced modeling projects, using knowledge of statistical methods to assist with creation and calibration of validated tools and predictive models

3. Project Management
• Provides support with department projects, including gathering requirements, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Position Requirements
Formal education: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Social Science, or Related Field

2. Knowledge & experience:
• Minimum of 1-3 years data analysis experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, typically achieved through 1-3 years of usage in a business setting
• 1-2 years providing support for large-scale projects
