Automation Specialist Freelance

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Automation Specialist to join our mission-driven team on a freelance, full-time basis. Based remotely in Tunisia, Morocco, or Egypt, you’ll be part of the technical backbone powering the next phase of our growth. You will conntribute to the architect of automation and AI-powered workflows, you’ll drive the speed, quality, and accuracy of the VECTOR7› vetting process — directly impacting the experience of thousands of elite tech professionals across our fast-scaling community through the EMEA.

With a community already 22,000› strong and on track to reach 100,000 by year-end, scaling with precision is critical. This role is pivotal in automating and optimizing the recruitment engine, ensuring every builder is discovered, engaged, and empowered at scale. Your work will enable us to deliver unmatched speed and reliability, setting a new standard for tech talent engagement across Europe and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain automation flows and integrations across the recruitment ecosystem
Build solutions to streamline candidate sourcing, enrichment, and data quality management for tens of thousands of profiles
Ensure seamless operation of the VECTOR7› automation layer, enabling scale and reliability
Partner with Sourcers and Business Developers to continuously optimize performance and outcomes

Technical Skills & Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in automation, scripting, or integrations
Proven experience building automation solutions and working with N8N, APIs
Strong technical literacy and the ability to quickly learn new tools and frameworks
Track record of optimizing workflows and driving measurable impact
Language Proficiency:
Excellent communication skills in English, French, and Arabic
