Sales marketing representative

Build and maintain win-win relationship with key stakeholders at the Monopoly including programmes and contract development.
Improve business capability areas critical to enabling country strategy including forecasting accuracy and Supply Chain.
RTM – Develop adequate RTM strategy and distribution model together with the Monopoly agencies in order to improve the sell-in of BAT brands.
Shopper Marketing – Lead development and implementation of brand programmes based on shopper insights to support the sell-out.
Customer Management – Lead development of customer programmes and efficient investments based on customer and channel insights as well as competitive benchmark.

Being at the forefront of our business, the role of Business Development Executive is to build a strong relationship with key stakeholders in order to help achieve our growth objectives.
The Group strategy is therefore built around three core competencies; (1) Stakeholder Management and effective engagement, (2) Adult Shopper Marketing and (3) Customer Management. These are reinforced through people’s capabilities.
Tobacco industry in Tunisia is run through a Monopoly model supplying regional and local Government warehouses and where competition is constituted of major Tobacco companies available in the country through international brands as well as historic strong local brands.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years experience in similar position is required for this role.
Marketing degree from reputable business school
