Description
LRT Innovation Labs is looking for a skilled and experienced manual welder to join our industrial team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with MIG, MAG, and TIG welding techniques, and be able to deliver high-quality welds on various metals and components. This is a hands-on position requiring precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual welding operations using MIG, MAG, and TIG processes.
• Weld various metals and alloys according to technical drawings and welding procedures.
• Prepare and assemble parts prior to welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces.
• Inspect and verify weld quality using visual checks and measuring tools.
• Ensure compliance with welding standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual welding, including MIG, MAG, and TIG.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, solid welds.
• Good knowledge of welding safety practices and use of protective equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently on multiple tasks.
