Description
LRT Innovation Labs is looking for a polyvalent and hands-on CNC Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is not only an expert in CNC programming but also comfortable operating the machines and working closely with production and engineering teams. This is a practical, technical role requiring flexibility, precision, and the ability to adapt to different tasks.

Key Responsibilities
•Program CNC machines based on technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and production requirements.
•Operate and monitor CNC machines, ensuring the correct setup, tool selection, and process parameters.
•Conduct initial tests and adjustments to ensure high precision and quality output.
•Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime.
•Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes and improve production efficiency.
•Be involved in other technical tasks or support activities in the workshop, when needed.

Requirements
•Proven experience in CNC programming and operation (3-axis and/or 5-axis machines preferred).
•Strong understanding of G-code, CAM software, and CNC machining principles.
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
