Operations Specialist

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor all operational steps (pre-carriage, sea freight, on-carriage)
Prepare, verify, and ensure conformity of all transport documentation
Collect and validate information from subcontractors
Provide regular updates to customers and ensure smooth internal communication

Required Knowledge & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably with a project freight forwarder
Strong logistical and operational understanding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English and French
