Founder s Right Hand – E-Commerce & Growth Operations (100% Remote – Tunisia)

Your Role – What You’ll Start With
Learn and take over customer service processes for one of the brands (support, Tidio, FAQs, templates)
Coordinate with customer agents, China logistics team, and internal staff
Organize, clean, and automate tasks on ClickUp
Export daily order data and support manual Shopify/Amazon order tracking
Help me with launch operations for new product designs (track progress, manage tasks)
Research and support freelancer hiring (e.g., editors, email marketers, content creators)

What You’ll Grow Into
Helping me manage influencer collaborations and affiliate campaigns
Supporting or managing email marketing and campaign planning
Improving and testing store performance (A/B testing, product pages, pricing strategy)
Becoming a central point between marketing, operations, and logistics
Making sure I can focus on high-level decisions while you make the machine run

What I’m Looking For
Based in Tunisia with a good level of English
Bac+3 or Bac+5 in marketing, business, or related field
Very organized, reliable, and hungry to learn
Comfortable with digital tools: Shopify, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Tidio, Meta Ads
Big plus: experience or strong interest in e-commerce, marketing, or project coordination
