Customer Service Assistant – Remote (English Speaking)

Location: Remote Role in Tunisia

We are a fast-growing startup based in Dubai, expanding our operations and looking for a proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating day-to-day sales activities between our clients and partners, including preparing quotations, conducting cold calls, following up with customers, arranging samples, and supporting general sales efforts.
Join us in shaping the future of fit-out and architectural material solutions in the region.

Key Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage remote coordination
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable with computing tools such as Microsoft Office, ChatGPT, and other digital platforms
Background in architecture Or Engineering is preferred, but we are open to other relevant expertise
