Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include:
• Supports day to day office operations
• Initiates and manages purchase of office supplies.
• Manages travel logistics for project staff and consultants.,
• Coordinates events with collaboration of operations team members
• Tracks and maintains inventory of all project equipment.
• Manages project vehicle use and maintenance.
• Coordinates with other Administrative Assistants as needed
• Helps maintain files and ensures all files are complete and in compliance with local labor law and Chemonics’s and USAID policies.
• Ensures all processes are compliant with Chemonics’ manual, local labor laws, and USAID regulations.

Other
• Perform other duties as to achieve the project’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of professional experience related to office operations and/or human resources preferred.
• Experience working with USAID or other international donors preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
• Fluency in Arabic, French, English required.
