Join Transcom as a Maintenance Technician!
Be on the front line of support for our operations and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
Support the Operations & Facilities department by diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to minimize downtime;
Manage employee transportation by coordinating with supplier buses and taxis to ensure reliable and timely service;
Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and conducting regular inspections on systems like plumbing and electrical;

Collaborate across departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production;
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
B2 written and spoken proficiency in French;
C2 (Mother Tongue) proficiency in Arabic1;
Minimum studies: Diploma or advanced technical training or certifications in a relevant field preferred;
Specific training and/or work experience as a maintenance technician (minimum one year for external selection);
Experience with employee transportation management and supplier coordination is a plus;
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills;
Mastery of legislative standards and building regulations;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Intermediate level proficiency in Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Google Apps, and E-mail Communication.
