What will be your daily tasks
You will provide everyday client support by responding to inquiries by phone and/or emails.
You will document all information according to standard operating procedures.
You will maintain and improve performance by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Processing invoices received from medical partners.
Preparing all relevant information and documents for the pre-approval requests.

You must be
You are fluent in English, and French and Arabic (written and spoken).
You have good organizational and time management skills.
