Team leader for Cooking and UHT process for processed cheese
– Supervise the whole process during shift from preparation of ingredient as the given recipes to filling point.
– Supervise the cooking process to get right quality.
– Carry out changes and blend adjustments pH, DM …etc of blend.
– Supervise batching blend cheese to the buffer tank in right timing.
– Conduct the heat treatment UHT and adjust product creaming process which is a bit critical to quality.
– Skilled person having a mix experiences between the know- how from what he studied and his practical skills he gains by the years he spent in the field and the problems he explored.
– Knowledge in Stephen Machinery
