Strategic Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop a strategic vision and long-term growth plans in collaboration with the Chairman of the Board.
• Analyze the company’s performance to identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop effective improvement plans.
• Prepare feasibility studies and evaluate opportunities for expansion or new projects.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and provide recommendations for outperforming competitors.
• Identify potential expansion opportunities (new branches, product lines, partnerships, acquisitions, restructuring, and strategic recruitments).
• Explore local and international investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for expansion.
• Measure Return on Investment (ROI) for existing and proposed projects.
• Analyze consumer behavior, demand, and trends in the retail and real estate sectors.
• Develop financial and forecasting models to support decision-making.
• Present strategic proposals to the Board of Directors based on data and analysis.
• Assess risks of new projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with departments (Finance, Marketing, Operations) to align strategic goals.
• Propose technical solutions and operational systems to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and review internal operations.
• Build strategic relationships with investors, partners, and suppliers.
• Promote a culture of innovation and assess the effectiveness of teams in execution.

Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in business analysis, corporate development, or consulting.
• Previous experience in the retail, wholesale, or real estate development sectors.
• Excellent ability to analyze financial data and write reports.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Skills
• High-level analytical and strategic thinking.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
