Focus Corporation is looking for

Front Desk Engineer

Perform a high level technical analysis of customer complaint based on Spys/Logs and problem report description.
Define if the root cause is linked to the product or is linked to another external component.
Communicate with test team that receive customer complaint in case of missing sufficient inputs for analysis.
Suggest the appropriate solution to the customer.
Case of deeper analysis need, redirect problem to specialised SW team for further analysis.

Degree in Engineering (BAC + 5 or more) (Computer, Electrical , Industrial, Mechatronics)
Excellent communication skills in French and English.
Having a good sense of analysis.
Having a team spirit.
