Help Desk Manager

Description
To support the growing activity of our clients and achieve the ambitious targets, we are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Manager.

You would provide your expertise in innovative, long-term projects working within challenging environments:
Your role:
– Understand and adapt the group/IT department strategy to the Help Desk department
– Work closely with the IT department to identify the areas of improvement/change
– Propose new ideas/directions aligned with the vision
– Ensure the team reaches their KPIs
– Recruit and train help desk officers

Your profile:
– Between 5 to 10 years of experience on the field.
– Extensive experience of helpdesk/application -support with team management skills.
– Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent.
– Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in English. French proficiency is a strong nice to have.
– Excellent leadership and analytical skills are requested
– Able to work in a fast-pace environment
