Industrial Engineer Ref. PEP01

Job Responsibilities:
– Ensure Producibility of developed products
– Planning and acquisition of production facilities and equipment
– Creation and care of production manuals and documentation
– Coordination of workflow between different departments
– Fulfillment of management system requirements
– Fulfillment of product evolution process activities for new products as well as for series products
– Production support for R&D related questions

Job Requirements:
– Studies of mechanical / mechatronics engineering
– Experience in production of electromechanical products
– Capabilities for problem analysis and structured results reporting
– Skilled communication in English within a global business environment. German language knowledge beneficial.

Mechanical Development Engineer Ref. PEP02

Job Responsibilities:
– Design and development of electro-mechanical products
– Participation in the quotation process for new developments
– Fulfillment of product evolution process activities for new products as well as for series products
– Production support for R&D related questions

Job Requirements:
– Studies of mechanical / mechatronics engineering, preferably in-depth study of sensor technology
– Experience with 3D-CAD Systems, preferably Siemens NX
– First experiences in design of injection moulded components and stamped parts
– Capabilities for problem analysis and structured results reporting
– Skilled communication in English within a global business environment. German language knowledge beneficial.

Testing and Certification Engineer Ref. PEP03

Job Responsibilities:
– You will be responsible for designing, performing and evaluating tests for our products.
– Participation in the quote process for new development projects to determine optimal testing strategy, process, and test equipment.
– Develop and fulfill project plans related to test activities.
– Work on cross-functional teams for testability reviews and consulting regarding international safety standards
– Production support at engineering level and acting as a general resource for all associates.
– Work across Marquardt to promote best practices in regards to reliability tests.

Job Requirements:
– Studies of electrical/mechatronics engineering or physics
– Experience in measurement technique and test development
– Capabilities for test data analysis and structured results reporting
– Experience with international safety standards as IEC/UL1054 or 61058
– Experience with Labview programming
– Strong communication and English language skills

Testing and Certification Team Assistant Ref. PEP04

Job Responsibilities:
– Definition and supervision of test planning as specified for UL/EN for all production plants
– Coordination of procedures and deadlines with supervisor and project managers
– Creation of test orders and schedule supervision
– Communication and parts delivery to external certification institutes
– Formal verification of the certification documents and integration into database
– Preparation of certification projects and their management
– Products care regarding approval marks
– Coordination between development, sales, foreign plants and certification authorities

– Very good knowledge of MS Office

Quality Planning Engineer Ref. PEP05

Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the design and development of pilot production models for new and enhanced products.

Perform Advanced Quality Planning, including
– DVP&R
– Qualification tests planning
– Quality targets and strategy
– Process capability analysis
– Measurement system analysis
– Samples build and analysis
– Inspection strategy and inspection equipment specification
– Cooperation on production control plans
– Cooperation on inspection plans
– Prototype build plans
– Prototype control plans
– Final Inspection of prototypes
Participate and support the FMEA process (DFMEA and PFMEA)
Work together with the Program Team according to the MQ guidelines, like PEP, Quality Gates.
Perform inspections of parts and assemblies; summarize inspection results and distribute information to appropriate personnel.
Develop and conduct simple design verification tests to support product validation efforts.
Provide design feedback and recommendations to engineering and manufacturing personnel based on test and inspection results.
Maintain test equipment to conform to traceable standards and engineering documentation.
Participate in internal and external process audits to monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of supplier quality improvement programs.
Participate in the manufacturing launch of new and enhanced products by assisting in the development of goals and timetables, training of manufacturing personnel, and evaluation of results.
Participate in large engineering projects by completing specific tasks.
