- IT Engineer diploma: ENSI, INSAT, SUPCOM or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience of working with network technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Cisco routers and switches – Nexus and Catalyst: CAT-OS, IOS, NXOS.
- Experience with Remote access (including mobile access).
- Experience with Cisco Unified Wireless Infrastructure.
- Experience with Network QoS (Quality of Service).
- Experience with monitoring and analysis tools (SolarWinds, CiscoWorks, NetScout, etc.).
- Knowledge of Riverbed (and Cisco) WAN accelerationm, Juniper SSL VPN products, WAN encryption (Crypto maps).
- CISCO CCNP (or higher) qualification is preferred.
- Avaya ACA (or higher) qualification is preferred.
